About Us

Welcome to Mountain Crest Pomeranian located just south of Chattanooga, TN.  (for more history of Mountain Crest see  “Kennel Visit”).  We are David and Carlene Gilstrap.We are very active in the sport of pure breed dogs and take pride in showing and raising quality Pomeranians.  

We are members of the American Pomeranian Club and The Chattanooga Kennel Club holding an office in each. We have been recognized by The American Pomeranian Club in the top 5 breeders and exhibitors multiple times.  We’ve been honored with kennel visits from The Pomeranian Review and The Pom Reader.

Our puppies are all raised in our home and are well socialized.  Occasionally we have show or companion puppies available.  Companions are placed on limited registration with spay/neuter contract.
